Return, Exchange & Refund

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns, exchanges, or refunds within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Sale or discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless found to be defective or damaged
• Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for replacement through exchange
• Certain products or categories may be non-returnable or non-refundable; such exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase


2. Return and Exchange Process

Once a return or exchange request is raised, the product will be inspected by our quality control team upon receipt.

You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received and reviewed.

If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange, as applicable.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days from approval, subject to product availability.


3. Refund Process

a. Refund Initiation Time

Once a return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

b. Refund Credit Time

The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.


4. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 7-day eligibility period
• Products returned without original packaging or valid proof of purchase
• Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
• Minor variations in packaging or appearance that do not affect product quality
